JapaTap is a watch-only app for counting chants on Apple Watch. We aim to collect as little information as possible.

Information we collect

JapaTap does not require account creation to use the core app experience.

• Session counts, targets, streaks, and local history may be stored on your device to provide app functionality.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your chant data for advertising.

How information is used

Any locally stored app data is used only to support features such as counting, session history, streak tracking, and statistics.

Third-party services

If the app later uses Apple-provided services such as App Store analytics, crash reporting, or platform diagnostics, those services are governed by Apple's policies and settings.

Data retention

Data stored locally on your device remains there unless you delete the app or clear the app's data through system behavior.

Your choices

• You can stop using the app at any time.
• You can remove locally stored data by deleting the app from your Apple Watch or paired iPhone when applicable.

JapaTap is suitable for all ages (4+).
